摘　　要：从公共文化服务的视角出发,对比了国内外学校图书馆开放服务现状,分析了学校图书馆面向公众开放的社会价值。在此基础上,探讨我国学校图书馆开放服务的制约因素,并给出相应的解决对策,旨在为今后我国学校图书馆开放服务提供借鉴。From the perspective of public cultural service, this paper compares the current situation of open service at home and abroad of university and school libraries, and analyses the social value of university and school libraries opening to the public. On the basis, it discusses some constraints of open service of university and school libraries in China, and suggests some corresponding strategies as well. In addition, it would prompt more references for the study of open service of Chinese university and school libraries in the future.
