摘 要:从管磨机粉磨相关行业入手,说明管磨机通风量与通风方式研究的工程应用价值。为实现管磨机粉磨系统优质高产低耗,分别阐明管磨机通风量与通风方式的影响因素,进而说明管磨机适宜的通风量对系统效益的重要作用。从管磨机粉磨工艺及其装备角度出发,提出保证管磨机通风效果的途径与方法,将对管磨机粉磨相关行业技术进步带来积极影响。The study value of engineering application in ventilation volume and ventilation mode of the tube mill was illustrated based on relevant industries of grinding with tube mill.To realize top quality,high productivity and low energy consumption,the factors affecting the ventilation volume and ventilation mode of the tube mill were expounded,and important role of suitable ventilation volume in eff iciency of the tube mill was clarif ied also.From the point of view of grinding process and equipment,the methods of ensuring ventilation effects of the tube mill were proposed.These methods will bring positive effects on relevant industries of grinding with tube mill.
