摘　　要：在综合了PLC与世纪星组态软件优点的基础上,结合电液比例技术,提出了PLC与组态技术在采煤机电液调高系统中的监控方法,阐述了电液比例调高系统原理和世纪星组态监控软件的实现,给出了PLC程序流程和组态监控画面。结果表明,采用PLC和世纪星组态软件联合监控的采煤机电液调高系统,人机交互界面直观,对过程控制和系统参数设置简便,对提高采煤机的自动化监控水平具有重要意义。After summarizing the characteristics of PLC and configuration software of Century Star,the paper put forward the method of monitoring the electro-hydraulic height adjustment system in the shearer based on PLC and configuration technology and in combination with electro-hydraulic proportional technology.It also described the principle of the electro-hydraulic proportional height adjustment system and realization process of configuration software of Century Star,and offered the flow process of PLC program and configuration monitor interface.The results showed the electro-hydraulic height adjustment system in the shearer monitored by PLC and configuration system of Century Star had vivid human-machine interface and simple setting of process control and system parameters.It had significance for enhancing the automatic monitoring level of the shearer.
