摘　　要：以井下工程车辆的湿式多盘制动器为研究对象,建立了基于ABAQUS的湿式多盘制动器的热-机耦合有限元分析模型。通过对湿式多盘制动器温度场的数值模拟分析,得到了不同制动工况下湿式多盘制动器各摩擦副的温度变化曲线,为分析湿式多盘制动器的失效形式及原因提供了参考。The paper established thermal-mechanical coupling FEM model of the wet multi-disc brake of an underground engineering truck based on ABAQUS.After the digital simulation and analysis of the temperature field of the wet multi-disc brake,the temperature variation curves of each friction pair at various braking modes were obtained.The curves offered references for analyzing failure forms and causes of the wet multi-disc brake.
