摘　　要：复摆颚式破碎机的结构参数和主参数决定了其技术性能。在实际的破碎机设计过程中,由于影响破碎机参数的因素较多,要对以上参数作出精确的理论计算是比较困难的。因此,在对PE250×400型复摆颚式破碎机的结构参数和主参数进行设计时,根据破碎机的性能要求,主要应用了具有足够计算精度的经验公式进行设计计算。计算结果表明,这些参数值基本上达到了设计要求,其设计过程也为颚式破碎机的设计和科研人员提供了有效的参考。The structural parameters and the main parameters of the pendulum jaw crusher decide its technical performance.In actual crusher designing process,there are lots of factors to affect the parameters,and it is difficult to precisely calculate the parameter values in theory.Therefore,in the process of designing the structural parameters and main parameters of PE250×400 pendulum jaw crusher,experiential formulae with enough calculation precision were applied to design and calculation of the crusher according to the performance requirements of the crusher.The calculation results showed that obtained parameter values met the design requirements in general.The design process offered effective references for the personnel designing and studying the jaw crusher.
