摘　　要：电磁感应辊强磁选机具有磁场强度高、磁场梯度大、分选精度高的特点,主要用于非金属矿物的除铁提纯及弱磁性矿物的回收。该机采用双通道给矿方式,每个通道有上下2个感应辊,可以对矿物进行连续2次分选,磁感应强度可以连续调节,最高达到2T以上,既可应用非金属矿物的除铁提纯,也能用于弱磁性矿物的回收。生产实践证明:感应辊强磁选机对于高纯石英砂等非金属矿物的除铁提纯有着显著的效果,可使含铁量大幅降低,是非金属矿物除铁提纯的理想设备,其分选指标已经达到世界同行业先进水平。The inducted roller high intensity electromagnetic separator is characterized by high magnetic f ield intensity,high magnetic f ield gradient and high separation accuracy.It was mainly used for de-ironing ref inement of nonmetallic minerals and recovering weak magnetic minerals.The magnetic separator had double feeding channels,and there were an upper inducted roller and a lower one in each channel,so the minerals were separated twice continuously.The magnetic induced intensity could be adjusted continuously,the highest intensity being more than 2T.Production showed that obvious de-ironing results were obtained at the inducted roller high intensity electromagnetic separator being applied to the de-ironing of nonmetallic minerals such as high-purity quartz sand etc,thus the iron content decreased greatly.It was an ideal equipment for de-ironing of nonmetallic minerals,and its separation indexes had reached the advanced level at home and abroad.
