摘　　要：采用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定了树舌及其不同提取物中Zn、Mn、Cu、Fe含量 ,考察了提取方法对中药微量元素含量的影响。结果证明 ,不同提取方法对中药微量元素含量有明显影响。在制剂生产中 。The content of Zn, Mn, Cu and Fe in G applanatum (Pers ex Gray )Pat and its extract got by different extracting methods was determined by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry(FAAS). The influence of extracting methods on trace elements in the traditional Chinese medicine was investigated The results show that different extracting methods have obvious influence on the content of them
