自拟更健汤合高压氧治疗围绝经期综合征的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察自拟更健汤合高压氧治疗围绝经期综合征的临床疗效。方法:将60例围绝经期综合征患者分为治疗组(n=30)、中药组(n=30),中药组给予自拟更健汤;治疗组给予自拟更健汤联合高压氧治疗;随访3个月。观察两组生殖激素水平,kupperman评分的变化。结果:治疗后,两组比较,治疗组kupperman评分下降明显,生殖性激素水平改善显著(P<0.05)。结论:自拟更健汤合高压氧治疗能延缓生殖轴的衰老,改善围绝经期症状。Objective： To observe the effect of Gentian Decoction and hyperbaric oxygen therapy on perimenopausal syn- drome. Methods： 60women with perimenopausal syndrome were divided into treatment group （n = 30） , Chinese herbal medicine group （n = 30）. Patients in Chinese herbal medicine group were given Genjian Decoction, those in treatment group were given Genjian Decoction and hyperbaric oxygen therapy. To follow up 3months, observing the changes of the concentration of plasma sexual hormone and Kupperman score. Results： Comparing with Chinese herbal medicine group after treatment, Kupperman score reduced and the level of sexual hormone improved in treatment group （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Gengjian Decoction together with hyperbaric oxygen therapy can delay aging of procreation axis and improve perimenopausal symptoms.
