摘 要:[方法]采用振荡平衡法和薄层层析法,研究丁虫腈在5种不同土壤中的吸附和移动特性及影响因素。[结果]丁虫腈在5种土壤中的吸附特性能较好的用Freundlich模型拟合,吸附能力顺序为2#>3#>5#>1#>4#,吸附系数Kf值分别为599.6、306.8、290.9、132.8、87.9 mg1-n.Ln.kg-1,具有极强的吸附性,主要影响因素是土壤有机质含量。土壤对丁虫腈吸附自由能变化均小于40 kJ/mol,属于物理吸附。丁虫腈在5种土壤中均不易移动,土壤薄层移动试验的Rf值均小于0.05。[结论]丁虫腈正常条件下使用不会对地下水造成污染。Adsorption and migration of flufiprole in soil and their affecting factors were studied with vibrating equilibrium method and thin-layer chromatography. [Results] Adsorption of substance in 5 soil samples tested was well fitted with a Freundlich model. The soils followed an order of 2^# 〉 3^# 〉 5^# 〉 1^# 〉 4#, flufiprole was easy to be absorbed by soil (Kf values ranged from 87.9 to 599.6 mg^1-n·. L^n. kg^-1). The flufiprole adsorption by soil belonged to physisorption with changes of free energy less than 40 kJ/mol, the main factor affecting the adsorption of flufiprole was organic matter content in the soil. Since the thin layer migration test Rf value of 5 kinds of soil was only 0.05, flufiprole was not easy to migrate in soil. [Conclusions] Flufiprole could not cause the ground water pollution under the normal condition.
