摘  要:[方法]针对二乙醇胺合成亚氨基二乙酸工艺中铜锆催化剂催化性能差,进而造成该工艺反应时间长、产物收率低等问题,利用有机溶剂、表面活性剂对铜锆催化剂进行改性。[结果]在相同的反应条件下,改性后的铜锆催化剂较未改性催化剂反应时间缩短45%(由3.3 h缩短到1.8 h),反应收率提高7.9%(由89.6%提高到97.5%),比表面积增加47.3%(由95 m2/g增加到140 m2/g)。[结论]采用乙胺对铜锆催化剂改性后,催化剂性能大幅提升,达到了改性效果。[Methods] In view of the poor performance of the copper zirconium catalyst in the iminodiacetic acid synthesis, which caused the long reaction time and the low product yield, the copper zirconium catalyst was modified by using organic solvents and surfactants. [Results] Evaluating the modified catalyst in the same condition, the reaction time was shortened by 45% compared with the catalyst which was not modified (from 3.3 to 1.8 h), the yield was increased by 7.9% (from 89.6 to 97.5%), specific surface area was increased by 47.3% (from 95 to 140 m^2/g). [Conclusions] Ethylamine was chosen to modify the performance of catalyst, and the catalytic activity was obviously improved.
