摘  要:[目的]研究不同质量浓度的水溶性壳聚糖及铈配合物对黄瓜幼苗抗病性的诱导作用。[方法]分别用0、25、50、75 mg/L的水溶性壳聚糖及铈配合物处理黄瓜幼苗,通过病情指数和4种酶活性考察对黄瓜幼苗抗病性的诱导作用。[结果]25、50 mg/L具有诱导抗病性的作用,且50 mg/L诱导抗病性的能力强于25 mg/L;75 mg/L产生抑制作用。[结论]水溶性壳聚糖铈配合物的诱导能力大于水溶性壳聚糖;50 mg/L壳聚糖铈配合物对黄瓜幼苗抗病性诱导作用最强。Disease resistance of cucumber seedlings induced by different concentrations of water soluble chitosan and cerium complex were studied. [Methods] Cucumber seedlings leaves were dealt with 0, 25, 50, 75 mg/L water soluble chitosan and cerium complex. The disease index and four kinds of enzyme activity were investigated to study the disease resistance on cucumber seedlings. [Results] The concentration of 25 and 50 mg/L have induced resistance effect, and the reduced disease resistance at concentration of 50 mg/L is stronger than that at concentration of 25 mg/L, while the concentration of 75 mg/L displayed inhibition effect. [Conclusions] The ability of disease resistance induced by water soluble chitosan cerium complex is stronger than that by water soluble chitosan; and the concentration of 50 mg/L has the strongest induction effect.
