摘 要:[目的]筛选出对平菇厉眼蕈蚊幼虫具有较好毒杀作用的生物农药,为平菇厉眼蕈蚊的生物防治提供依据。[方法]采用拌料法分别测定药剂对平菇厉眼蕈蚊幼虫的毒杀作用,采用平板加药法测定药剂对平菇菌丝生长的影响。[结果]除虫菊素、苦参碱对平菇厉眼蕈蚊幼虫具有较高毒力,其LC50值分别为10.4178、20.0953 mg/L;印楝素对平菇菌丝抑制最强,其EC50值为0.4854 mg/L。[结论]除虫菊素、苦参碱可作为防治平菇厉眼蕈蚊的生物药剂。[Aims] The aim of this experiment was to screen out the better biological pesticides against larvae of Lycoriella pleuroti to provide evidence for biological control ofL. pleuroti. [Methods] The toxicity of five pesticides against larvae ofL. pleuroti were determined by mixing method and their effects on the mycelium ofPleurotus ostreates were tested by disk quantitative medicine. [Results] The results showed that pyrethrins and matrine showed higher biological activity to the larvae ofL. pleuroti, with LC50 values of 10.4178 and 20.095 3 mg/L, respectively. The mycelium ofP. ostreates was inhibited significantly by azadirachtin with EC50 value of 0.485 4 mg/L. [Conclusions] Pyrethrins and matrine could be used for biological control ofL. pleuroti.
