摘 要:介绍了管道破前漏(LBB)分析中极限载荷和临界裂纹长度求解的J积分-撕裂模量汇交方法(J-T法)。利用有限元分析软件(ABAQUS)计算3种裂纹长度J积分,并将J积分与裂纹长度采用多项式函数进行拟合,最后在多项式函数的基础上求解极限载荷和临界裂纹长度。采用FLET软件提供的算例对J-T方法的正确性进行验证。结果表明,运用基于ABAQUS的J-T法能提高失稳J积分的计算精度,能适用更广泛范围、更复杂结构的LBB分析。J-integral tearing modulus inter-section method (J-T) for limit load and critical crack length calculation in LBB technology is introduced. J-integral of cracks with three kinds of crack length are calculated by finite element program ABAQUS firstly, then the relationship between J-integral and crack length is surrogated by a polynomial, and the limit load and critical crack length are obtained based on the polynomial at last. The validity of the J-T method is checked by an example provided by FLET program. The results demonstrated that precision of unstable J-integral calculation is improved by the ABAQUS-based J-T method, and the proposed method is more universal and suitable for the LBB analysis of complex structures.
