逆行射精致男性不育诊治的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨对逆行射精所致男性不育患者进行宫腔内人工授精(Intrauterine insemination,IUI)的临床疗效。方法:30例逆行射精患者取精前口服碳酸氢钠碱化尿液,收集标本后,主要采用密度梯度离心法,快速分离精子和尿液,然后行IUI。结果:30例逆行射精所致男性不育患者经IUI治疗,10例患者女方怀孕,妊娠率33.33%。结论:对逆行射精所致男性不育患者进行IUI治疗,具有费用低、患者痛苦小、效果确切和实用性强等优点。Objectives： To evaluate the effect of Intrauterine insemination （IUI） on male infertile patients caused by retro-grade ejaculation. Methods： Before semen collection, the patients took sodium bicarbonate orally to make urine alkaline. After the sample collection, density - gradient preparation method was used to separate semen and uterine for the employment of IUI. Results： Among 30 male infertile patients caused by retrograde ejaculation, ten patients＇ wives became pregnant. The pregnant rate was 33.33%. Conclusions： For male infertile patients caused by retrograde ejaculation, IUI is an inexpensive, painless, and effective method for the treatment.
