摘　　要：目的:初步探讨老年生殖器疣的发生原因。方法:对2004年～2009年在我科就诊的24例老年生殖器疣患者临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:17例(70.8%)老年生殖器疣否认不洁性生活史。结论:老年生殖器疣可能与机体免疫功能低下有关。Objectives： To explore the pathogenesis of genital wart in elderly patients. Method： A retrospective analysis was made on the clinical data of 24 elderly patients with genital wart who were treated in our hospital from 2004 to 2009. Result： Seveuteen （70.8%） of the subjects denied a history of sexual abuse. Conclusion： The pathogenesis of genital wart in elderly pa-tients may be related to immune dysfunction.
