摘 要:目的:了解宁波市城市、农村和流动人口子弟学校初中生"青春健康"认知是否存在差异。方法:在参考文献的基础上,自编初中学生"青春健康"问卷,对宁波市城市、农村、流动人口子弟学校的438名初一学生进行问卷调查。结果:①农村和流动人口子弟学校初一学生对青春期性健康知识认知率明显低于城市学校的初一学生(P<0.05,P<0.001);②农村和流动人口子弟学校初一学生的性观念与城市学校初一学生相比存在偏差;③流动人口子弟学校初一学生较城市和农村学校的初一学生异性交友的比例高(P<0.001);④农村和流动人口子弟学校初一学生对学校"青春健康"教育的满意率明显低于城市学校的初一学生(P<0.05)。结论:城市、农村和流动人口子弟学校初一学生在"青春健康"认知、性观念、异性交往及对学校"青春健康"教育满意度等方面存在显著性差异。Objectives: The aim of this study is to find out whether there are differences in junior high school students' cognition of Youth Health in the urban, rural, and migrant population in Ningbo. Based on the literature review, questionnaires were self- designed and employed to explore 438 students' cognition of Youth Health in Grade one of junior high schools. The results showed that the students from rural and migrants' schools had a lower cognition rate than those from the urban schools (P 〈0.05, P 〈0.001 ). Compared to those from the city, students from rural and migrant schools held different views on sex. Students from migrants' schools tended to be more highly involved in developing relationship with the opposite sex than the urban and rural school students ( P 〈 0. 001 ). Students from rural and migrants' schools showed much less satisfaction with Youth Health education than those from the city ( P 〈 0.05). We concluded that the Grade one students from urban, rural and mi-grants' junior high schools showed greater differences in the cognition of Youth Health, sex conception, communication with op-posite sex and the satisfaction with youth health education.
