摘　　要：联合国组织人员修订了维和警察甄选考试指南，并于2012年2月正式生效。为了进一步适应新指南对考生的要求，提高参训考生的通过率，保证通过层层筛选的优秀警察能够代表国家执行雏和任务，对新旧指南进行对比，对新指南的改革举措进行论述，以期对维和培训工作起到借鉴作用。The United Nations new Assessment Guidelines for Mission Service has been made and effective since 1 st February 2012. To accommodate the training to the new guidelines and to enhance the rate to deploy the qualified police to the missions, this paper focuses on the reform of the guideline and make a contract between the two versions, which is aimed to be helpful in the training.
