维和警队思想政治工作体系构建研究

摘　　要：在维和任务区承担维和任务的中国维和警队具有工作政治性强、形势复杂、工作任务艰巨、队员素质高等特点。思想政治工作是维和警队不辱使命、圆满完成任务的保障,维和警队思想政治工作应明确目标任务,加强组织领导,从党组织建设、思想政治教育、思想骨干队伍建设、经常性思想工作、外宣工作、联络工作、心理服务工作等几个方面充实思想政治工作内容,完善工作方法,注重思想政治工作效益的评估和经验的应用。Chinese Peace -keeping Forces in the peace -keeping areas are characterized by having strong political will, facing a complex situation, performing their tasks arduously and with high personal quality. Ideological and political work is a key factor to guarantee that peacekeepers could fulfill their mission and accomplish their tasks suecessfully. Ideological and political work in peacekeeping forces should clarify goals and tasks, strengthen the organization and leadership construction, enrich the political working content and improve the working method from the perspectives of an organizational construction of the Party, an ideological and political education, an ideological con- struction of team hardcores, a regular ideological work, a publicity work, a liaison work, psychological services and so on. Both results evaluation and experience application should be placed on equal emphasis.
