综合医院控制手足口病医院内传播的管理

摘　　要：目的：探讨控制手足口病医院内传播的有效方法，防止手足口病医院内传播。方法：普及员工及患儿家属的防控知识，集中诊治患儿，制定专门管理制度，采取有效的消毒方法，加强环境、诊疗器械和患儿的消毒隔离管理等措施。结果：手足口病流行期未发生一例医院内传播。结论：健康教育集中诊治、个性化的消毒隔离制度、规范有效的消毒隔离措施等多环节联动能有效控制手足口病医院内传播。Objective..To find some effective measures to prevent the nosocomial cross-infection of hand foot and mouth disease （HFMD） when it is spreading. Methods： Some measures, including propagating prevention knowledge in various ways, lumping patients together for better diagnosis and treatment, creating a special management system for disinfection , isolation , medical equipments , environment and the HFMD patients and so forth, were adopted in the study. Result：There was no nosocomial infection of HFMD case occurred in our hospital during the epidemic period. Con-clusion： Multi-link control can effectively prevent the nosocomial spread of HFMD.
