摘　　要：目的：探讨磨牙牙冠缺损致残冠残根进行分体柱核修复效果。方法：对我院48例磨牙残冠残根患者进行分裂式桩核修复。结果：本组共有4例修复后的牙齿因牙周等问题而拆除重做。其中3例镍铬烤瓷牙出现较明显牙龈炎，1例钴铬烤瓷牙发生瓷崩，1例单冠修复后出现食物嵌塞。其余桩核X线片显示桩核与根管结合紧密，患者咀嚼功能恢复良好。成功率91．67％。结论：磨牙残根残冠采用分体桩核修复，操作简便，效果显著，值得临床推广。Objective：To investigate the effect of split post core restoration in residual root and crown of molar crown defect disabled. Methods： 48 cases of molar residual crown and residual root were restored with split post core restoration. Result：There are 4 cases were removed to be redone be-cause of the restoration of teeth with periodontal problems. Three cases of Ni--Cr porcelain teeth appeared more apparent gingivitis, 1 case with co-balt chromium roast a porcelain tooth occurred ceramic fracture, 1 case of single crown occurred food impaction. The remaining pile nuclear X--ray showed that post and root canal combined, masticatory function in patients had good recovery. The success rate was 91.6%. Conclusion： The re-sidual root and crown of the molars with split dowcl repair, has convenient operation and obvious effect, worthy of clinical application.
