妊娠糖尿病患者血同型半胱氨酸水平的研究及相关因素分析

摘　　要：目的探讨研究妊娠糖尿病患者血同型半胱氨酸水平,并分析相关因素。方法将某院妇产科60例妊娠糖尿病患者设为研究组,回顾性分析其临床资料,并与30例正常妊娠者作对照,比较两组观察者血同型半胱氨酸水平,空腹血糖、OGTT2h血糖、血脂、血尿酸及胰岛素抵抗指数,分析其相关性。结果妊娠糖尿病患者血同型半胱氨酸水平明显高于对照组,两组相比差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);妊娠糖尿病患者OGTT2h血糖、血尿酸及胰岛素抵抗指数亦明显高于对照组,两组相比差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05或P﹤0.01);而空腹血糖、血脂指标两组相比差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05);血同型半胱氨酸与OGTT2h血糖、血尿酸及胰岛素抵抗指数呈正相关。结论监测孕妇血同型半胱氨酸水平及相关因素对判断妊娠糖尿病患者的病情及治疗具有重要意义。OBJECTIVE To investigate the levels of blood homocysteine in the patients with GDM, and analyze the relevant factors. METHODS 60 cases with gestational diabetes were collected from our hospital patients and regarded as research group. 30 normal pregnant women were collected as controls. The clinical data, blood homocysteine levels, fasting glucose, OGTF2 hours glucose, lipids, uric acid and insulin resistance indexes were analyzed. RESULTS Study group patients with gestational diabetes blood homocysteine levels were significantly higher than the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0.05） ; The gestational diabetes OGTT2 hour glucose, serum uric acid and insulin resistance index were signif icantly higher in the research group （P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ） ; The fasting glucose and the blood of both groups showed no signifi cant difference （P〉 0.05）; The blood homocysteine and OGTT2 hour glucose, uric acid and insulin resistance index were pos itively correlated. CONCLUSION Monitoring the blood homocysteine levels and their related factors had important significance to determine the condition of patients with GDM and the treatment.
