摘　　要：目的调查4523m高原军队门诊患者疾病构成,为提高部队医疗服务效能、充分利用卫生资源提供依据。方法提取该地区2006～2010年某门诊军队患者就诊信息库,参照ICD-9编码标准对疾病进行分类,按照不同身份描述前5位的疾病和顺位变化。结果军官的前5位单病种为上呼吸道感染、高尿酸痛风、心肌病、急性胃肠炎、神经性头痛;士兵的前5位单病种为上呼吸道感染、普通外伤、急性胃肠炎、皮炎、急性阑尾炎。结论明确了该地区驻军官兵就诊的常见病,为今后的卫生勤务保障工作提供参考。OBJECTIVE To investigate the disease spectrum of military inpatients of outpatient located at 4523 meters altitude, and offer support for improving the efficiency of medical services for the troops, making full use of health resources. METH ODS The samples derived from a outpatient from 2006 to 2010 according to ICE-9 were classified. They were described and Overall arrangement According to different identity. RESULTS The officer＇s top five single diseases included upper respiratory tract infection, high uric acid gout, heart disease, acute gastroenteritis and nervous headache. The soldier＇s top five single dis eases included upper respiratory tract infection, general trauma, acute gastroenteritis, dermatitis and acute appendicitis. CONCLUSION Through defining common diseases of military in this region and analysis the causes, we may provide reference for medical care support work in future.
