慢性阻塞性肺疾病肺间质性纤维化CT改变与肺功能分级的对比研究

摘　　要：目的探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病肺间质性纤维化的CT改变与肺功能分级的对比情况。方法按照患者的肺功能进行分级,再对患者应用CT进行检查,观察各组患者的影像学改变。结果在肺功能的各个分级中,小叶间隔增厚、支气管血管束增粗、肺内异常线影发生率较高。结论慢性阻塞性肺疾病肺间质性纤维化患者在疾病的早期已经有影像学上的改变,可以作为疾病诊断的依据,并且以小叶间隔增厚、支气管血管束增粗、肺内异常线影发生率较高,在临床的疾病诊断过程中值得重视并广泛应用。OBJECTIVE To observe the thoracic stomach fixation on pulmonary function after operation in patients with esophageal carcinoma effect. METHODS 110 cases of patients with esophageal carcinoma were collected and used posterolateral right chest, epigastrium, left neck 3 incision operation. 110 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 55 cases with tho racic stomach f＇Lxation group were selected as the observation group, and 55 cases with thoracic stomach fLxation were selected as a control group. The preoperative, after 1 weeks, 1 months, 6 months and 12 months, pulmonary function, blood gas anal ysis and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. RESULTS Preoperative pulmonary function had no significant difference between the two groups. The VC%, MVV% and Pa02 in the observation group after 1 weeks, 1 months, 6 months and 12 months was significantly higher than that in the control group. FEVI% in the observation group after 6 months and 12 months was significantly higher than the control group, and there was significant differences between them （P〈 0.05）. The incidence rates of arrhythmia, pulmonary infection and thoracic gastric syndrome in the observation group were 1.82%, 3.64% and 1.82%, and were 12.73%, 18.18% and 12.73% in the control group. There was a significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0.05）. CONCLUSION The patients with esophageal cancer operation by using thoracic stomach fixation can obviously improve lung function, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, to improve the life quality of patients with significant.
