摘 要:建立以经济和环境效益为目标的配电网扩展规划模型,采用蒙特卡洛方法模拟分布式电源的出力,提出改进自适应遗传算法优化分布式电源的位置、容量以及新建或升级改造线路。该算法采用隐形编码方式,根据每代个体的适应度函数调整交叉算子和变异算子,并且借助图论知识给出了不可行解的修复方案。环境因素引入优化方案使配电网扩展规划取得了良好的经济和社会效益。算例表明,文中提出的方法能够得到合理的配电网扩展规划方案。In this paper, an economic and environmental benefit model in distribution network expansion planning is developed. The output of DGs is simulated by Monte-Carlo method and an improved adaptive genetic algorithm is applied to optimize the capacities and positions of DGs and network expansion . The algorithm uses the implicit coding scheme, and the cross operator as well as the mutation operator are adjusted according to the fitness function of each generation individuals. Besides, the repair plan of the infeasible solutions is given by using graph theory knowledge. Environmental factors are introduced into the planning program, which has achieved good economic and social benefits. Results of the calculation examples show that the proposed method can obtain a reasonable network expansion planning.
