摘 要:本文报道了Triton X-100(辛基苯基聚氧乙烯醚)/[bmim][PF6](1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑六氟磷酸盐)/水离子液体微乳液(Triton X-100/[bmim][PF6]-M)增敏荧光猝灭法测定W(Ⅵ)。该体系λex=616nm,λem=690,W(Ⅵ)含量在0.2~10.0μg/mL范围内与其荧光猝灭值(△F)符合线性关系,相关系数r=0.9984,方法检出限为0.07μg/mL。同时以荧光剂亚甲基蓝在不同介质中的荧光量子产率初步探讨了离子液体微乳液的增敏机理。该方法可用于矿样中钨含量的测定。The sensitizing effect of Triton X-100/[-bmim] [- PF6 ]/water microemulsion on the determination of W(Ⅵ) by spectrofluorimetry was investigated. The analytical procedure was based on the fluorescence quenching of methylene blue by W(Ⅵ) and the fluorescence quenching value (△F) could be increased in the medium of Triton X-100/[-bmim] [PF6]/water microemulsion. Under the optimum conditions,the linear range was in the range of 0. 20- 10. 0 μg/mL(r= 0. 9984), and the detection limit was 0. 07 μg/mL. The preliminary sensitized mechanism was discussed with the fluorescence quantum yield in different media. The proposed method was applied to the determination the content of W(Ⅵ) in ores with satisfactory results.
