摘 要:由于高压实验的复杂性以及难以计算杂散电容的影响,高压分压器的研制可能与预期有较大误差,通过对高压分压器建模仿真分析判断其是否符合设计需求。将CAD建模软件与Maxwell磁场分析软件结合使用,首先利用AutoCAD强大的参数化设计能力,建立高压分压器的三维模型,再由两者间的接口,将所建模型导入Maxwell静磁场有限元分析软件中进行电磁分布仿真,可以有效地提高建模速度,提高模型质量,简化分析工作,以达到指导分压器设计制作的目的。Due to the complexity of the high-voltage experiments and the influence of unknown stray capacitance, the completed high-voltage divider is not a patch on it has been planned, so analysis the divider model to judge if the design fits the demands. A combination of CAD and ANSOFT is proposed in this paper: at first make 3-D model of the high- voltage divider based on AutoCAD with the powerful parametric design capabilities, then by the interface between them, the model is imported to the Maxwell to simulate the magnetic field distribution, which is the finite element analysis software of static-magnetic field. According to the results, this method could effectively improve the modeling speed and quality, and simplify the analysis workload. Also the simulation could guide how to design and make a divider, which means a lot to the engineers.
