双平衡不压井器研制及性能分析

摘　　要：双平衡不压井器是应用于抽油机作业施工封堵油管通道 ,防止作业时油流喷射的一种机械不压井工具 ,与井口自封联合使用可满足抽油机非钻井液压井作业要求。文章对双平衡不压井器的基本结构、工作原理及现场 10口井应用经验及效果作了分析总结 ,探讨了该型工具改进方法 。Snubbing unit with double-balance is used in plugging tubing.It is a mechanical snubbing tool which prevent oil jet during production.It can meet the requirements of nonmud kill job.The paper analyses the basic structure and working principle of snubbing unit with double-balance,summarizes the experience and effect of field application in 10 wells.Meanwhile,improvement method of the snubbing unit with double balance is discussed.
