股骨下端粉碎性骨折86例临床治疗分析

摘　　要：目的观察股骨下端粉碎性骨折的临床治疗效果。方法选择2006—2010年收治的86例股骨下端粉碎性骨折患者,随机分为观察组46例,对照组40例。观察组患者采用多种固定物联合应用的治疗方法,对照组采用髁支撑钢板治疗方法,对比两组患者的治疗情况。结果经过治疗,所有患者的病情均得到一定程度的改善。观察组46例患者中治愈21例,显效13例,有效8例,无效4例,有效率为91.3%;对照组40例患者中治愈15例,显效11例,有效5例,无效9例,有效率为77.5%。观察组患者的治疗效果明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在治疗股骨下端粉碎性骨折时,采用多种固定物联合应用的方法治疗效果较为显著,有利于患者病情的康复,值得在临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical treatment effects of distal femoral comminuted faeture. Methods 86 cas- es of distal femoral comminuted facture in our hospital from 2006 to 2010 were selected and divided into the observation group（46 cases ） and the control group （40 cases）. The observation group was given the therapy of multiple fixtures combination use, while the control group was given condylar buttress plate treatment. The treatment situations were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the condition of all the patients were improved to a certain degree. Among 46 cases in the observation group, 21 cases were cured, 13 cases were obviously effective, 8 cases were effective and 4 cases were invalid and the effective rate was 91.3%. Among 40 cases in the control group, 15 cases were cured, 11 cases were obviously effective,5 cases were effective and 9 cases were invalid,and the effective rate was 77.5%. The treatment effect of the observation group was significantly superior to the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Multiple fixtures combination use can achieve better effect in the treatment of distal femoral connninuted fracture and can help to the rehabilitation of the patients＇ condition. Therefore it is worthy of being promoted in clinic.
