摘　　要：胜华炼油厂常减压炉采用了 BD- 2 0 0型不锈钢板钉式空气预热器。投用不到 9个月 ,其换热板就出现了大面积腐蚀穿孔。通过对燃料油性质与现场使用情况的调查研究分析 ,确认腐蚀主要原因为 SO2 ,SO3等酸性气体在湿式环境中对不锈钢的硫酸露点腐蚀。BD 200 type stainless steel plate pin style air preheater is adopted in atomospheric vacuum furnace in Shenghua refinery.After operation less than 9 monthes,corrosion perforation on a large area are occured.By means of investigation and analysis on the fuel oil property and the operation situation at site,it is recognized that the main corrosion reason is stainless steel sulphuric acid dew point corrosion caused by SO 2,SO 3 ect.Sour gases under wet environment.
