河北省实现“消费导向”型经济发展的瓶颈分析

摘　　要：城乡居民消费水平的不断提高是拉动经济增长的原始动力,也是发展经济的最终目的。建立"消费导向"型经济发展模式已成为我省经济可持续发展的基本动力。从影响河北省居民消费的因素入手,从城乡居民收入水平、消费倾向、财产性收入、社会保障等角度分析实现"消费导向"型经济发展的制约因素,并提出了针对性的对策建议。The continuous improvement of the urban and rural residents consumption level is the original impetus to spur e- conomic growth, and also the ultimate goal of economic development. The establishment of a ＂consumer -- oriented＂ model of economic growth is the basic impetus of economic sustainable development in Hebei province. This paper＇s analysis begins from the factors that affect the residents ＇ consumption, and then analyzes the restricted elements of changing to the ＂consumer- oriented＂ economic growth from the aspect of income level of urban and rural residents, consumption propensity, property income and social security. Last the paper proposes the targeted suggestions.
