河北省产业结构与就业结构相关性问题研究

摘　　要：产业结构的演进和就业结构的变化具有较强的相关性,产业结构与就业结构的协调发展,直接影响经济发展的质量和就业水平的提高。河北省在近几年的经济发展中三次产业所占比重发生了重大变化,第一产业比重逐渐降低,第二产业比重趋于平稳,第三产业比重逐渐提高,但第三产业在生产总值中所占比重仍然不高。从就业结构角度看,河北省就业结构调整与产业结构变动不一致,产业结构面临升级和调整,以提高就业水平。The evolution of the industrial structure and employment structure change have a strong correlation; the coordinated development of the industry structure and employment structure directly affects the quality of economic development and employment level. The proportion of three industries in Hebei province has changed greatly in the economic development in recent years. The proportion of the first industry reduces gradually, the proportion of the second industry is gradually steady, the proportion of tertiary industry is gradually increasing,but the tertiary industry in GDP pro- portion is still not high. From the perspective of employment structure in Hehei Province, employment structure adjustment and industrial structure change are inconsistent, and industrial structure is laced with upgrade and adjustment, in order to improve the level of employment.
