舟山地区部队官兵贫血的流行病学调查

摘　　要：目的:了解舟山地区部队官兵贫血的情况。方法:运用整群抽样方法,采集陆海军男性官兵的静脉血2ml,检测Hb,并开展问卷调查。结果:444名受检官兵的Hb为(144.4±12.1)g/L,Hb<120g/L的男性共5名,贫血检出率为1.1%,1例为中度贫血。问卷调查表中与血液系统疾病相关的10项自觉症状中,乏力、烦躁最多见;与消化系统疾病相关的10项自觉症状中,食欲不振最多见,且贫血官兵均有不同程度的不良饮食习惯。结论:舟山地区部队官兵的贫血检出率较低,但中度贫血被检出;贫血官兵均有不同的不良饮食习惯;乏力、烦躁等自觉症状的发生,有助于贫血的早期诊断与治疗;消化系统自觉症状与贫血的相互关系值得进一步探讨。Objective：To investigate and analyze the detection condition on anemia of the officers and soldiers from Zhoushan district. Method.. The cluster sampling was used. The venous blood about 2ml from every officer or soldier in army and navy were collected. The questionnaire survey was carried out. Result： Among 444 officers and soldiers,Hb vgas（144.4±2.1）g/L and Hbs of 5 men were lower than 120 g/L. The detection rate of anemia was 1.1 %. There was one case with midrange anemia. The results of questionnaire with 10 subjective symptoms invol ving in hematological system diseases showed lassitude and fidget were seen most frequently, and 10 subjective symptoms involving in digestive system diseases showed anepithymia was seen most frequently. The officers and soldiers with anemia had unhealthy food habits. Conclusion： The detection rate of anemia of the officers and soldiers from Zhoushan district was lower,but there was midrange anemia. Some officers and soldiers could not maintain good food habits. The occurrence of the subjective symptoms such as lassitude,fidget might conduce to early diag nosis and treatment of anemia. The interrelation between the subjective symptoms from digestive system and ane mia deserved further studies.
