略论阿拉伯国家经济现状及其中阿(宁夏)经贸合作

摘　　要：本文分析了目前阿拉伯国家的经济现状,认为阿拉伯世界的市场贸易虽然呈现不断增长的发展趋势,但大多数阿拉伯国家和地区严重依赖粮食进口的状况以及阿拉伯国家市场上呈现出错综复杂的竞争态势却不容乐观。因此,中国与阿拉伯国家在内的西亚北非地区的经贸关系发展充满了机遇与挑战。双方良好的政治关系和巨大的经济互补性为经贸合作的深入开展奠定了坚实基础,但这一地区政治形势的脆弱性和经济结构的单一性,却为双方经贸关系的顺利发展带来挑战。文章最后进一步提出促进中阿经贸健康持续发展的建议对策和各种协调机制,并特别强调要实现中阿经贸论坛机制化和长效化的途径在于细化配套措施,发挥论坛的倍增效应。Based on the analysis of current economic situation of Arab States, this paper think the market trade of Arab world has increased year by year. But the situation of most Arab states and areas that are heavily dependent on food imports and the complicated competition of Arab states market are less than encouraging. Thus the economic and trade relationships development has filled with the chances and challenges between China and WesternAsia and NorthernAfrica including the Arab states full of. The good political relationship and great economic complementari ties of both sides provide the base for deeper development of economic and trade cooperation. But the political fragil ity and economical singularity of Arab areas will bring a challenge to the cooperation relationship. In the latest part, these papers proposes the advisement and coordination mechanisms for healthy and continuous development of coop eration of both sides, and emphasize strongly the refining supporting measures and developing multiplication effect will be the approaches of institutionalization and lasting effect mechanism of ChinaArab Economy and Trade Forum.
