糖尿病胰岛素泵治疗患者对护理美学需求的质性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨糖尿病胰岛素治疗患者对护理美学的具体需求，为进一步提高糖尿病患者胰岛素泵治疗依从性提供参考信息。方法采用质性研究方法，以非结构式深度访谈法和观察法对13例糖尿病患者进行个体化的深入访谈，使用内容分析法分析资料。结果糖尿病胰岛素治疗患者对护理美学的需求包括基本护理美学服务和具有糖尿病胰岛素泵专科的护理美学服务，这些需求可以通过语言疗法与心理支持疗法，运用美学的渲染力创造美好的病房环境氛围，通过美化环境来促进舒适及通过护理操作美等途径来实现。结论针对糖尿病胰岛素泵治疗患者护理美学的需求，应不断美化护理服务项目和内容，从而进一步提高糖尿病患者胰岛素泵治疗依从性。Objective To discuss the specific demand of diabetic patients receiving insulin pump treatment for nursing esthetics, in order to provide reference information for further enhancing the compliance of diabetic patients receiving insulin pump treatment. Methods Quality study as well as non-structural depth interview and observation were used to gather materials from 13 diabetic patients, and the data was analyzed with content analytic method. Results The demand of diabetes patients receiving insulin pump treatment for nursing esthetics included the basic nursing esthetics service and the nursing esthetics service specialized in diabetic insulin pump treatment, all of which could be realized through such efforts as the language therapy and the psychological support therapy, using esthetics exaggeration effect to create a happy atmosphere in a hospital ward environment, and through the beautification of environment or nursing operational esthetics. Conclusions In view of such demand, it is necessary to further the beautification of the items and content of nursing service, so as to enhance the compliance of the diabetic patients receiving insulin pump treatment.
