摘  要:现代政府和传媒是践行公共思想的两大社会主体,其公共性的兑现,既要依赖于二者对应然公共性理念的共识与信仰程度,又要紧贴社会当下社会问题看二者之间实践默契与妥协力度。然而,政府一传媒公共性实践中呈现出的多维现实困境告诉人们,失去了对公共精神的培育与敬畏,只追逐于各自"自利性"本能的放大与满足,再好的社会民主理论设计与制度安排,都将形同虚设。Government and Media are the two main subjects of modern public thoughts' practice. The realization of their publicity must depend on not only their belief in the concept of publicity, but also their practical cooperation and compromise between them. However, a multi-dimensional reality of the practical plight of the publicity of the government - media suggests that even the best theoretical design and institutional arrangements of the social democracy, if only chase instinct of their own self-interest ", not cultivate and honor public spirit, would be useless
