摘  要:采用Deform-3D有限元软件对TC18钛合金模锻件锻造成形过程进行了数值模拟仿真,研究比较了锤锻和液压机模锻两种成形方式的不同。研究结果表明:TC18钛合金模锻件锤锻变形时过热倾向更加明显,锤锻锻件的最高温度比液压机模锻高70℃左右,必须严格控制锻造过程中的温升;锤锻的有效应力分布很不均匀,锤锻锻件的平均有效应力比液压机模锻大30MPa左右,并且存在严重的应力集中区域,而液压机模锻的有效应力变化较为平缓;相比液压机模锻,锤锻锻件的最大和最小有效应变的差值减小了26%,锤锻锻件的变形均匀性得到了改善。Using Deform 3D finite element software,the numerical simulation about forging process of TC18 titanium alloy forging was conducted.A study by comparing the different results between the hammer forging and hydraulic forging was implemented.The results show that under the conditions of hammer forging,TC18 titanium alloy forging is more obvious to be overheated,as the maximum temperature of the way about 70 ℃ higher than hydraulic forging,its temperature must be strictly controlled in the process of forging;the distribution of effective stress is very uneven,and the mean effective stress of the way is about 30 MPa higher than hydraulic forging,what's more serious is that the stress concentration exists,however the effective stress in the condition of hydraulic forging changes more gently;compared to hydraulic forging,the difference between the maximum and minimum effective strain of the way of forging hammer reduces by 26%,the deformation uniformity of hammer forging is improvement.
