摘 要:针对高压电磁阀体成形工艺的特点,采用锻造分析软件QFORM2D/3D对一次反挤压成形方案和复合挤压成形方案进行数值模拟分析。通过讨论复合挤压金属流量分配规律和对比两方案的模拟结果,确定了复合挤压成形方案为最佳工艺方案,并设计了模具。通过工艺实验的论证,结果表明,所设计的工艺方案及模具均合理,且降低了挤压力,大大缩短了工艺实验周期,对电磁阀体的生产应用具有重要的指导意义。Aiming at the characteristics of forming technology for the high pressure electromagnetic valve,the analysis of numerical simulation about reverse extrusion and composite extrusion forming technology analysis were made by forging analysis software QFORM2D/3D.The composite extrusion metal flow distribution was discussed,and the simulation results of two schemes were contrasted.It is realized that the composite extrusion forming scheme is the best.Then the mold was designed.Through craft experiments,the result indicates that the design of process scheme and mold are reasonable.And the extrusion pressure is reduced and the period of craft experiment is shortened.It has great significance to guide production and application for parts.
