摘 要:为实现大型液压机工作缸平稳且快速卸荷,对卸荷过程进行精准的比例控制,采用了主阀芯带位移传感器的比例插装节流阀作为卸荷阀,设计并搭建了以蓄能器提供油源的模拟高压大流量实验平台,针对不同阀芯开启曲线及卸荷时间对卸荷冲击的影响进行了实验研究。实验结果表明:该实验台能模拟实现高压大流量系统的卸荷过程;基于能量均匀释放原则推导的卸荷曲线相比其它卸荷曲线,卸荷效果最佳。To realize the stable and rapid unloading of large-scale hydraulic press and accurate proportional control of the process,the proportional cartridge throttle was utilized as the unloading valve with a displacement sensor in core.Experimental system with large flow and high pressure based on accumulator which supplied oil source was designed and established.The effect of different unloading curves and unloading time on hydraulic shock was investigated.The experimental results show that this experimental system can simulate the unloading process of system with large flow and high pressure,and the unloading curve based on the principle of energy uniform release makes the unloading time less than other unloading curves.
