摘 要:针对目前常用的小孔冲裁用细长凸模保护套制造方法存在的加工难、成本高、耐磨性不足等问题,研究了一种新型的细长凸模保护套制造方法。首先采用普通钢加工出保护套,然后通过纳米化学复合镀工艺提高保护套表面硬度和耐磨性。结果显示,通过该方法获得的镀层硬度和耐磨性与常用硬质合金高强度材料的性能相当;镀层表面能谱分析和形貌分析表明,纳米SiC粒子对增强镀层表面硬度和耐磨性具有重要作用;该方法工艺简单、成本较低,值得在工程实际中推广采用。According to the difficulties of the common manufacturing method of the projecting jacket applied to prevent the slender punch used for small holes blanking,such as processing hard,the high cost,the wear resistance insufficient,and etc.,a new manufacturing method for projecting jacket of slender punch was studied.Firstly,the projecting jacket for slender punch was processed using common steel.Then the nano chemical composite plating process was applied to improve the hardness and wear resistance of the surface of the projecting jacket.The results show that the hardness and wear resistance of the coating are as same as those of the high strength material.The surface energy spectrum and morphology analysis of the coating show that nano-SiC particles contribute to the improvement of the hardness and wear resistance of the coating surface.It is feasible to apply this new method in the practical projects.
