摘　　要：在充分调研和广泛协商基础上制订的我国首个锻造液压机产品标准,体现了行业标准、规范和规程的指导作用,较准确地反映出国内外新材料、新工艺和新技术在该产品中的应用;标准中的技术参数和数据均得到试验和验证,并具有一定的先进性和实用性,对产品设计和制造具有指导意义;通过对该标准主要章和条的解释,将有助于对标准的理解,使其成为企业自主创新和应用推广的技术基础和共同遵守的依据。Based on fully investigation and extensively consultation,the first product standard of China forging hydraulic was drawn,which embodied the guiding action of national and industrial standard,specification and rules,and it also reflected the condition of domestic and foreign new materials,new process and new technology applications in the product.The technical parameters and data of the standard were tested and verified,which are of advanced and practical features.It also has a directive function for the product designing and manufacturing.It is helpful for understanding this standard by explaining the main chapter and article,and making it as technological base and common basis to be abided by the enterprises for independent innovation and application.
