摘  要:不锈钢着色液中Ni2+浓度的变化对着色效果的影响尚未形成统一认识,着色工艺仍需不断完善。为此,以NiSO4为添加物,研究了着色液中NiSO4浓度的变化对201不锈钢化学着色速度及膜层性能的影响。通过电化学监控系统测量了电位-时间曲线,分析了NiSO4浓度的变化对着色速度的影响;采用极化曲线和电化学交流阻抗法考察了着色膜的耐蚀性能。结果表明:NiSO4可提高着色速度,但会导致着色膜耐蚀性能和耐磨性能的降低。从原理上探讨了NiSO4浓度的变化对着色进程的影响。NiSO4 was introduced into coloring solution composed of sulfuric acid and chromic anhydride to conduct coloring of 201 stainless steel.The potential-time curve of the coloring solution was measured with an electrochemical monitoring device.The effect of varying concentration of NiSO4 on the coloring process and coloring rate of the stainless steel as well as corrosion resistance of the coloring film was investigated.Moreover,the corrosion resistance of the coloring film was evaluated by polarization curve method and electrochemical impedance spectroscopic method.Results indicate that NiSO4 helps to accelerate the coloring rate but leads to reduction of corrosion resistance of the coloring film.
