摘  要:为进一步提高Ni-Co-W合金刷镀层的性能,在其镀液中加入纳米Y2O3颗粒,在45钢基体表面制备了Ni-Co-W/Y2O3复合电刷镀层。采用电子显微镜、能谱仪和电化学工作站等考察了Ni-Co-W/Y2O3复合镀层的组织和耐蚀性能。结果表明:Ni-Co-W/Y2O3复合镀层的组织较Ni-Co-W镀层细密、平整、光滑,微裂纹的数量和宽度均减小,且与基体界面结合较好;Ni-Co-W/Y2O3复合镀层在3.5%NaCl水溶液中的耐蚀性显著优于Ni-Co-W镀层,腐蚀后的表面只存在轻微的凹坑。Y2O3 nanoparticles were introduced into electro-brush plating bath to prepare Ni-Co-W composite coating on mild steel(45 steel) substrate so as to improve the performance of electro-brush plated Ni-Co-W alloy coating.The microstructure and elemental composition of as-plated Ni-Co-W/Y2O3 composite coating were analyzed with a scanning electron microscope and an energy dispersive spectrometer.Moreover,an electrochemical workstation was developed to evaluate the corrosion resistance of as-plated Ni-Co-W/Y2O3 composite coating.Results show that Ni-Co-W/Y2O3 composite coating is denser and smoother than Ni-Co-W alloy coating.Both the amount and width of microcracks in the former are reduced as compared with those in the latter,and the former has better interfacial adhesion to the steel substrate.In the meantime,Ni-Co-W/Y2O3 composite coating possesses much better corrosion resistance in 3.5% NaCl aqueous solution than Ni-W-Co alloy coating,and there exists only slightly pits on the corroded surface of the composite coating.
