Mannich碱复合缓蚀剂的缓蚀吸附行为

摘  要:以苄叉丙酮为活性氢化合物,合成并复配得到了2种以Mannich碱为主体的缓蚀剂FN1,FN2,采用失重法、极化曲线法、环境扫描电子显微镜、原子力显微镜等,研究了在HCl介质中不同缓蚀剂浓度对Q235钢的缓蚀吸附行为。结果表明:2种复合缓蚀剂均有较好的缓蚀性能,FN1优于FN2;2种复合缓蚀剂均是以抑制阳极为主的混合型缓蚀剂,在金属表面的吸附均符合Langmuir等温吸附模型,其吸附过程是自发进行的放热过程。该Mannich碱复合缓蚀剂具有实际应用价值。Two kinds of Mannich bases were synthesized with benzalacetone as the starting material containing active hydrogen.As-synthesized Mannich bases were used as the major component to formulate two kinds of composite corrosion inhibitors.The adsorption of as-prepared composite corrosion inhibitors on the surface of Q235 steel immersed in hydrochloric acid and their corrosion inhibition performance therein were investigated by weight loss method and polarization curve method;and the morphologies of the corroded steel surfaces were observed with an environment scanning electron microscope and an atomic force microscope.Results indicate that both the two kinds of composite inhibitors have good inhibition performance for Q235 steel in HCl solution,and they are anode-based mixed corrosion inhibitors.Besides,their adsorption on the steel surface can be well described with Langmiur isotherm model,and their adsorption process is dominated by spontaneous heat release.
