摘 要:为了探究石墨粉表面金属化处理的新工艺,采用滚镀方法对40~60目的石墨粉滚镀镍层,运用正交试验考察了氯化铵浓度、镀液pH值和滚镀瓶转速等3因素对石墨粉表面镀镍含量的影响。用镀镍石墨粉在浓硝酸中充分腐蚀前后的质量差与腐蚀前镀镍石墨粉质量的比值表征试验工艺的镀镍含量;用扫描电镜观察了镍层的微观结构,优选出了镀镍效率高且稳定的工艺参数。结果表明:5 g/L氯化铵,pH值为3,滚镀瓶转速为10 r/min条件下滚镀镍层的镍含量较高,镀层形貌均匀,石墨粉颗粒间无粘结现象,镀层与石墨粉表面结合力良好。Graphite powders were coated with nickel by barrel plating method so as to establish new technology for their metallization.The effects of ammonium chloride(NH4Cl) concentration and pH value of the plating bath as well as rolling speed of the plating bottle on the Ni content of barrel plated nickel coating were investigated based on orthogonal test.The microstructure of as-plated Ni coating was analyzed with a scanning electron microscope.Furthermore,the optimized parameters for nickel barrel plating were established in relation to increased plating efficiency and stability of the plating bath.Results indicate that nickel coating with a high Ni content can be obtained at an NH4Cl concentration of 5 g/L and a bath pH value of 3 as well as a plating bottle rolling speed of 10 r/min.Resultant Ni coating is smooth,free of adhesion between graphite particles,and well adhered to graphite powders.
