摘　　要：目前高校图书馆资源利用率较低,资源闲置现象普遍,为改变这种状况,应该以大学生就业创业信息服务为突破口,充分利用跨界服务理念,促进高校图书馆资源的活化与转化,加快图书馆信息资源社会化,社会信息资源图书馆化的双向流动,更好地服务于社会经济建设。Facing the phenomenon of lower utilization of university library resources, resource deposition and idle, the library should take the gradu- ate employment venture information services as a breakthrough, make full use of the concept of cross-border services, and promote the activation and conversion of the university library resources, speed up the socialization of the library information resources, and two-way flow of social information re- source library in order to serve the social and economic construction much better.
