摘  要:采用改进的Hummers法对天然鳞片石墨进行氧化处理制备氧化石墨(GO),超声剥离得到氧化石墨烯(GOs),借助SEM、TEM、FT-IR、XRD和TG对样品形貌、结构及热稳定性进行了表证,结果表明试验制得了富有含氧基团(C=O、-OH、-COOH、C-O-C等)的具有较好稳定性的氧化石墨烯。通过溶液共混法制得了氧化石墨烯/水性聚氨酯(WPU)共混膜,讨论了GOs的加入量对WPU/GOs复合材料力学性能、热稳定性、导电性、耐水性等的影响,结果表明,随着GOs含量的增加,复合材料的抗拉强度逐渐增大,断裂伸长率逐渐减小;复合材料的热稳定性明显提高,加入质量分数0.2%的GOs的复合材料其热分解温度提高了近30℃;GOs的加入,在一定程度上提高了复合材料的导电性及耐水性。The graphite oxide(GO) was prepared from natural flake graphite by the modified Hummers method,and then the graphene oxide(GOs) was obtained with the help of ultrasonic stripping.The samples were characterized by using SEM,TEM,FT-IR,XRD and TG.The results showed that the graphene oxide was prepared with good stability and various oxygen bearing functional groups(C=O,—OH,—COOH and C—O—C).Then the graphene oxide were added to the ready water-based polyurethane(WPU) by solution co-blending.Mechanical property,thermal stability,electrical conductivity and water resistant of WPU/GOs composites were researched.The results showed that with the contents of GOs increasing,the tensile strength increased gradually but the elongation at break decreased slowly.The thermal stability of the composites were obviously improved.When the additive amount of GOs reached 0.2%,the decomposition temperature of the composites increased nearly 30 ℃.Forthermore,electrical conductivity and water resistant of WPU/GOs composites were improved to some extent with the addition of GOs.
