摘　　要：为了实现对煤矿安全的监控和管理,必须建立系统性的矿山安全监控系统以实现对井下人员准确的实时监控。在以上认识的条件下,基于计算机网络技术开展矿井安全监控系统研究具有重要的理论和实践指导意义。In order to achieve the monitoring and management oi coal mine satety, mine satety must establish a systematic monitoring system in order to achieve accurate real-time monitoring of underground personnel. In the above understanding of the conditions, based on computer network technology to mine safety monitoring system research has important theoretical and practical significance.
