摘  要:针对浙江省某多晶硅生产企业排放的生产废水的特点,对各工段废水采用分质收集,单独预处理。其中含氟废水采用化学反应/混凝沉淀法;切削液废水先采用混凝沉淀处理,再采用水解酸化/接触氧化工艺处理;切断磨面废水采用混凝沉淀法处理。工程实践表明,出水水质达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)的三级排放标准。该系统运行稳定,耐冲击负荷,处理成本低,系统COD总去除率为91.6%。The quality-based collection and separate pretreatment of wastewater from different pro- duction sections were conducted according to the characteristics of the wastewater discharged by a polysil- icon production company in Zhejiang Province. The fluoride-containing wastewater was pretreated by chemical reaction/coagulation settling. The cutting fluid wastewater was pretreated by coagulation set- tling, hydrolysis acidification and biological contact oxidation. The cutting and grinding wastewater was pretreated by coagulation settling. The engineering practice showed that the effluent quality met the third class criteria specified in Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard ( GB 8978 - 1996). The system had stable operation, higher resistance to shock loading and low treatment cost, The total removal rate of COD was 91.6%.
