远红外丙纶POY与DTY生产工艺探讨

摘　　要：介绍了远红外丙纶 POY、DTY的生产加工过程 ,从全造粒质量、纺丝温度、组件、侧吹风、卷绕超喂、POY上油以及后加工过程中的拉伸倍数等方面对生产工艺做了探讨。指出采用纺丝温度 2 75～2 85℃ ,侧吹风 17℃以下 ,POY上油率控制 1.4%～ 1.8% ,卷绕超喂 10 %～ 13% ,POY拉伸倍数 1.4～1.The whole process of far-infrared POY and DTY production was introduced. The process conditions such as chips quality, spinning temperature, spinpack, quenching air, winding overfeed, POY oiling and drawing ratio at down-stream processing sectors were investigated. The optimization of parameters is: spinning temperature in the range of 275~285℃, quenching air temperature below 17℃, POY oil pick\|up in the range of 14%~18%, winding overfeed of 10%~13%, draw ratio of 14~16.
