摘 要:该文进一步发展单耗分析理论,改进了设备结构因素与系统拓扑因素附加单耗的定量计算方法,深入阐述能量系统内的能耗作用关系,剖析系统能耗产生的不同原因,从新的角度提出热力系统的优化设计方法与运行优化策略。对大型燃煤蒸汽动力发电机组进行了单耗分析,计算并分析了系统内不同类型的能耗作用,对系统节能改造提供新的建议。结果表明,理论能够从不同角度、不同层面对能量系统的设计改进、维护改造与运行优化提供有益指导。Fuel specific consumption theory was further developed with the proposal of a new approach to quantitatively calculate the auxiliary fuel specific consumptions within each device due to the imperfections of device structure and system topology design. Deep discussion on the interaction of exergy consumption was conducted by splitting it into three distinct sorts, the interactions among devices, the interaction between device and system and the reduction effects of some given device, to reveal various reasons for extra fuel consumption or lower energy conversion efficiency. Methods for the improvement of effective system design and strategies for the enhancement of the operation conditions and maintenance of the existing energy systems were brought about not from conventional but much novel perspectives. This advanced fuel specific consumption theory was then applied to a large-scale coal-fired supercritical power generation unit with the comprehensive evaluation of detailed calculation and the mentioned three sorts of energy consumption interactions, and provision of some beneficial retrofit suggestions for lowering the specific fuel consumption. The results show that this theory can provide guidelines for system design improvement, maintenance and retrofit, operation optimization from different aspects and various levels, and it has great potential to provide the effective cost-and-efficiency solutions for different energy conversion systems.
